My GO TO coffee, from now on! A big shout out to Bill Cannon of "Police Off The Cuff," a great YouTube channel, for recommending this coffee! I was very happy with the coffee subscription I had in place, with a company that roasts right before shipping, including the roast date on each package. Like all competition, the best wins, and when it came right down to: "May the BEST coffee WIN," it is Police Coffee that WINS! I truly enjoy the Operator Blend, since I need a good jump start every morning, especially when our little dog gets me up before dawn. This dark blend is positively delicious, and it will be featured from now on in our daily YouTube routine, which is "Breakfast With Belfield," since British YouTuber Alex Belfield is a favorite of ours! For any coffee afficionados who have been to Aruba, the Operator Blend tastes like the Smit and Dorlas coffee, featured at the high-end resorts like the Hilton. Highly recommended, as the BEST coffee I've ever had!

This is the best coffee.....i got the Operators blend. Use it in my Keurig....it is so so crazy flavorful. ..better than Peets, which i thought was great. You can taste many " notes" of flavor ......really beyond! Sooo glad i got it. :-)

I have emailed twice regarding this last order. The bag wasn’t sealed and open and the coffee spilled inside the shipping envelope. How do I go about getting that replaced?

NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING VIA UPS THEN HANDS TO USPS. Why use 2 shippers for the same order??This sucks having to now wait over 2 weeks for my coffee that usually arrived within 3 days. Their shipping practices have changed (for the absolute worse) and their customer service now is lacking too (IF anyone answers emails or customer service phone number, but usually no response either way). Had been a customer for many years with subscription. We love the coffee, but can no longer support this company. Second order thats been a disaster in the shipping/customer service....really sad.
