Your defunded decaf is the absolute! It makes me very happy to know that my purchases are going to a very worthy cause. God bless.
I can't drink regular coffee after 9:00 am, but some decaf coffee tastes decaffeinated. Not this coffee! Simply the BEST decaf EVER! In fact, I liked it so much, that I canceled another subscription with another coffee company, that had pretty good decaf! From now on, it's DEFUNDED DECAF for me!
Rich in flavor and easy on the heart. I'm so glad to get automatic shipments every 30 days!

My order arrrived intact.
Nothing to share about the order. I tried to contact your office by phone and email many times. Never a response. Last order did not arrive so had to by coffee. Suspend my orders temporarily till further notice.
Always get the coffee delivery so I never run out...
If this is about the April order, we never received it from UPS. I won't be buying any more coffee until I am reimbursed for the loss. I have "emailed" twice about orders where the packages were not correctly sealed and loose coffee was inside the mailing envelope. Your customer service is subpar. I have not received one communication from you at any time.
I am sorry to do this because I have always loved your coffee and we have a monthly order because of that, but our last order never arrived and I have written at least 4 times and no one has ever gotten back to me or sent a replacement order. I didn't expect this and am very disappointed.
For the second time in the past few months, a package of Defunded Decaf has arrived improperly sealed. There was coffee spilled inside the mailing bag. I emailed after the first incident to bring the problem to your attention. However, no response to my email was received.

Slow shipping, no accurate tracking number
i have only one cup a day and the doctor told John to cut back on coffee consumption three weeks before his hip replacement surgery, so we haven't gotten through the the shipments as quickly. He wants to delay the next ship for at least two or three weeks if you can do that for us. Thanks, Jan and John

Ordered the decaf for my dad. He really liked it and I will be ordering him some more in the near future.
