Frequently Asked Questions
Police Coffee sources coffee from around the world and roasts it fresh. It is also owned and operated by law enforcement where 50% of our profits go toward helping families of fallen officers. You can enjoy the freshest coffee while supporting a great cause.
Our coffee is sustainable sourced from an ethical and environmental standpoint. We often visit countries of origin and work directly with importers and farmers to ensure that their practices are sustainable and fair. We choose to create Direct Trade Relationships rather than us Fair Trade Coffee enabling us to focus on quality and taste as well as price. We pay a premium for coffees because we want our coffee to be the best while also doing what is best for our growers, those harvesting and the coffee community. Sometimes the coffee we purchase is organic with or without certifications. Our main goal is to find the best tasting coffee that is responsibly sourced and profitable for the grower.
We suggest storing your coffee and consuming it within 30-days. Coffee is best when stored at room-temperature in a dry place using an opaque, airtight container.
Our coffee is ground for use in a drip coffee grinder, pour over, Chemex, or AeroPress. For French Press or Cold Brew, we suggest using a grinder for coarser ground beans. For use in espresso machines, we suggest using a fine grind.
